We celebrated our 5th year of operations. We continue to achieve greater heights and opened our 4thoffice in the Quezon City office. We are at 2800+ team members for both Manila and Iloilo.
We extended our borders to the western Visayas region and opened Reed Elsevier Philippines Iloilo at the Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao. We are at 2,400+ team members for both Manila and Iloilo.
We built a modern technology center for our technology operations. New work streams ramp up new pioneer teams. We have established our continuous improvement footprint through the certification of in house talents.
We continue to expand through the growth of existing work streams as well as the transition of finance operations and risk operations. We reached our first 1000 team members.
We prosper and expand into important new functions such as customer service and technology operations. Reed Elsevier Philippines ends the year with 600 team members.
In March 2011, our first team members focusing on content operations started at our newly constructed state-of-the-art office at the UP-Ayalaland TechnoHub, Quezon City. The inauguration was held on May 10, 2011.
In November 2010, the first members of the local leadership team were hired to establish Reed Elsevier Philippines.
