Reed Elsevier Philippines (REPH) is the shared services arm of RELX, with centers located at the UP-Ayalaland TechnoHub in Metro Manila and the Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo city. Reed Elsevier Philippines was established in November 2010 and is registered as Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Philippines), Inc. (RESSPI).
We support our customers across the world by delivering a variety of business-critical services for RELX. We provide business process services for operations in content, customer support, technology, finance, sales, marketing and business optimization.
The Reed Elsevier Philippines global operations center is structured around these divisions:
Business Management and Finance provides support through the services by the team of facility and asset management, office administration, procurement, finance and accounting, payroll, and business continuity management.
Business Services & Optimization provides support for all operational teams and stakeholders with key services including Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Workforce Management, Metrics Reporting & Analysis, Training, Business Analysis and Invoice Processing.
Customer Support Operations hosts all RELX group’s work relating to the following services: order processing, fulfilment operations, multi-level customer service, tiered technical support and customer onboarding, with a spectrum of support ranges across the print, online and packaged solutions products as delivered through voice, email, chat and even social media platforms.
Finance and Accounting Hub ensures compliant processes and that accurate financial information are relevantly recorded and reported. The team provides services through the towers of record to report, order to cash and procure to pay.
Human Resources handles talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards management, employee engagement, organization development, corporate communications and HR reports & analytics that provides support for Reed Elsevier Philippines employees across different sites.
Legal Administration provides support through contract management and review, legal research and administrative support for the regional attorneys, which ensures our partners are able to deliver paralegal requirements for the business.
Primary Law Operations partners with other RELX Group teams to track, collect, fabricate and edit various types of legal content, which provides legal, tax, regulatory and news & business information and analysis to legal corporate, government, accounting and academic markets.
Program Planning & Implementation team ensures the successful execution detailed plans for all major REPH transitions and initiatives as supported by highly-trained and experienced Project Managers to manage all work migrations into Reed Elsevier Philippines.
Publishing and Editorial Operations division is home to content and legal editors, designers, forms developers, and editorial administrators who edit, write, summarize, enhance, format and create the online products, books, documents, newsletters and tools that customers use.
Risk Solutions Operations division provides support with various work functions under customer service, data processing, technology operations and shared services.
Sales and Marketing Operations is composed of unique and creative individuals with different talents which handles campaigns, creatives, data management, analytics and research, digital, accounts management, sales support & retention, and customer migration & sales development.
Technology Operations division manages mission critical information and communications technology systems and services. The team also designs and builds computer programs or applications that automate various business processes and tasks.
